Do you support Cart & Checkout Blocks?

Yes. The Campaign Engine is built to work with WooCommerce Cart & Checkout Blocks and classic checkout flows.

What information should I include in a bug report?

Please include WordPress/WooCommerce versions, checkout type (Blocks or Classic), your campaign type + conditions, and screenshots. If possible, include the exact steps to reproduce.

How does license activation work?

Paid plans require activating your license key on your site. If activation fails, include the error message and your site URL in the ticket.

Do you offer refunds?

Paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Please check the refund policy for details.

Can I use one Pro license on multiple sites?

No. Pro is for 1 site. If you manage multiple sites, use the Agency plan (50 sites).

I’m using caching/optimization plugins—can that cause issues?

In some setups, aggressive caching or JS/CSS optimization can affect checkout behavior. For debugging, temporarily disable optimization features and test again.
